These things are about 200 calories, and are loaded with lean protein (between 25-30 grams) and complex carbohydrates, the perfect muscle building duo.
My recipe includes:
1 can of Tuna (5oz)
1 egg white (Beaten)
1/4 onion (diced into very small pieces)
2 tbsp oatmeal
Cayenne Chili Powder
Grill it up and enjoy! To keep the burger together a little better, make sure the egg white is thoroughly beaten (an automatic beater is a much better option than a whisk, as I quickly found out)
